I was very cautious about travelling to Yorkshire to look at an inexpensive car. When we saw the car, and met Hussein, we knew we had made a good choice. The car was better than described, and the whole process was stress free. We are delighted with the Audi, having used it for a couple of days in this dreadful weather, the hood is watertight, the engine and transmission smooth as silk, everything functions as it should. To say we are delighted is an understatement, we can highly recommend Hr Cars.

Hussaine sent me WhatsApp video before I traveled down by train to buy the car from Hr Cars. Hussaine picked me up at the train station. Great customer service and answered any questions I had about the car before I traveled down. Seemed like a honest guy and showed me all paperwork before I bought the car. Drove the car back with no issues. Thanks Hussaine.

When I bought the car was told there were 2 previous owners. Got the logbook and it states there are 4!

Hi Muhammad I am sorry you feel in this way and i can only apologise as there seems to be some misunderstanding on how many owners are actually showing on the log book. However we do present all documents to our customers before the purchase of any car and I am sure we presented these documents to yourself as well for you to clearly see everything before you made a decision in purchasing from us. We do not oblige anyone to purchase the car if they are not satisfied with the car or what they see and we always encourage all ours customers to fully inspect the car without any commitment to buy. It seems there was an oversight in how many owners were showing on the V5 you obviously was thinking it was showing 2 previous owner but in fact it was showing 3 previous owners. I again apologise if we did not make it clear or you did not fully understand how the owners on a log book work. I hope this is ok.

Bit apprehensive about traveling so far to view car , but Hussain is a total gent, and went out of his way to answer all my queries, he is honest and trustworthy. My car is fantastic value for money, even came with enough fuel to get me home! If you want a decent second hand car ,at a reasonable price, with no hassle, Hussain is your man!

Had a great experience with this seller. The dealer is very honest, experienced and friendly. He showed me all the documents that I wanted to see without hesitation and very happily talked with me about all the questions I had. His personable nature also made the whole experience a more enjoyable one! I would absolutely recommend this seller to any future buyers.
